LI : To learn new skills for swimming
We started with a streamline. A streamline is when you put your arms up behind your head and kick with your legs well your head is in the water, if you want to breathe you lift your head up well your head and face the side well one arm is in the water, well the other is straight in the water we did that 3 times. Next we did arm strokes we swam with our chest facing down well our arms will lift up in a circle 3 times, then we did back strokes the same thing but our back is facing in the water  (we did it 3 times).
