LI: to earn and look after money by creating with maths.

This week we are doing art, This is a draft/plan for what were going to draw. We can use dye,paint,pencil or so on. This is only small so I can add more detail but it will be big with a mixture of colours.  My space is for me to draw, 3.5 cms vertical and 4.7 cms horizontal.

Art

On wesday I did art.What I use for this art was pastel.I would trasfer the black and white version with a penicel.And then use pastel to shade the colors and make it look good.

Steampunk Art

LI : To learn how to get better at art.

Yesterday we learnt how to do steampunk art.If you dont know what steampunk art is it is when you have cogs or what ever for eyes and more.Like this you know back in the day in england when they had spirngs and cogs and clocks.That is mostly what steampunk art is.People made bugs and people but I just made a sence of what steam punk art is.On wensday we went to LS2 we were told what steam punk art is.When we were up there,there was a slideshow.The slideshow had photos of steampunk art so we have an idea.

City Scape

Today our class started to make a peice of art on monday.We had to fine a city that we like and would like to cover up.I used glue and other things to do and finshe this task.It was done by one person and we had to try and centre it,Everyone had fun doing this task.Before we made the art we learnt about cold and cool colours.cold colours are like any type of blue like night time colours.cool colours are like red and other colours.

We learnt on how we could make the task or art look good like using other shapes and not just one.We used arch shapes and others as well.We frist made a sillhouette online and used paper to make it look good.

LI : To make a recount about the art we did last week

Today I made a reocunt about the art we did last week,I made all of it using TREE we also had to make sure it was ok by Mr wong we also had to use full stops and commas's and we also had to make sure we also did it in our recount.

RECOUNT.

It was our first day doing the art we had to make a dlo of andy warhol and his art and about him,Like when he was born and what he did the first thing we did it to outline the our photo the photo was black and white I had to do everywhere but not the nose,it was a mistake I made but it could be redone the mistake,I had to make it so the that it was all outlined so when that was done I was going to be dead because it had to stand out when we did the trasspaersean when I did that my fingers did not want to work but I still had more to do ather that step

we had to keep on doing the Andy Warhol art,Well looking threw the art andy warhol did all of it looked nice I thought that mine might look like that but no at the end of the day we got some of the info for and Andy Warhol done.Day two comes a long Mr O says we well be doing this the whole day I thought that I might die but hey you yes you i'm still alive the other step (3) ways to get a piece of paper on top of a piece of paper! we had to see the dark lines on top of the paper we also had to do really had dark lines not to hard that it well break,We had to do this for three mins most.Than the end of school comes.

Day three we have three more steps we had to show Mr Wong the paper so to see if it was all right my first  try was good than we had to passtel the whole piece of paper well not every bit only the light bits and stay inside the lines then when we did it we had to go and get the paint it was really fun but I had to make sure I stayed inside the lines when that was done I had to get a vivid and than it was fully done.

At the end I was happy about the art

LI : To get up to the last part for art

Today I did art it tock me a long time to finsh it but it was worth it all that time to be fair I did some mistakes but I still like how it is,It was based on andy warhol's art it was really fun doing it as well so the frist thing I had to do is to get a pen and outline my photo it tock me 10 minuets or more.Then when that was done it had to do dark lines at the back of my photo and long ones as well ather that I was givin another peice of paper and the dark lines I had to fined ather that I had to get a passtel it tock me a long time then when was done I had to paint it this was the part were I had to careful then and now it is done.

Maths Plan

LI:To create a piece of art using:Rotation, Translation and reflection.
Today I done my planing for next week I learned by finding a free to use image and a easy one to make and that has Rotation,Translation and reflection I choose the silver fern and I had to stay on task and not get distracted once i had done that I had to show Mr O charilze had shared our group into this google draw we all had to choose and other or an Nz image.
