LI To learn about persuasive tools in advertising

Advertising this week was about analysis. We first had to find celebrity endorsements adverts, The ads can not have the same products or same celebrity show promoting it. The goal was to find three celebrity endorsements.

The next task was analysis of an advert. We had questions on the slide, which we had to answer. And the last task was the same thing with the same questions but we picked our own advert.

Advertising is how a company shows there product to other people, They can also suit needs. Advertising is not only that but how an company can persuade someone to buy there products, due to well known celebrity's/mascots using the product.

They can also fake food products such is ads vs reality, then you can see how they fake it. Slogans are well known for being used because if theres not a company logo in front of a person, they will still know what the logo is due to the well known slogan (if theres one)

Me and my group edited a slide that had these persuasive tools to see how company's can smartly advertise.

Advertising is what we are learning for writing, Advertising is long for ad both mean the same thing. They could short videos of a product and its use or another is a poster that has information of the product or just a picture. We got went in our group to answer what ad could show, each slide had questions we had to answer. Every group had to answer a slide, after that was done we each in our group had to make an new copy. And fill in all of the slides because they were not all filled in.
