HIIT

We did HIIT. We did 3 exercise they were push ups,pull ups and high knees. The teacher showed us ways we can do the push ups. One was using our knees the other had to use one leg this was the hardest and the last one was a normal push up. For high knees one technique was to use the stage and get the knees to the elbows and use the ground. Lastly we had push ups there were three ways to do this. Use our knees close to our bum but not touch it and put our legs flat on the ground and use our chest not the legs. And lastly was to put the hands the opsite of were we are facing.
