african drumming
LI: To learn African drumming
Johnny from Rhythm Interactive taught us rhythms on the djembe drum. Johnny taught us by singing and clapping the rhythms for us to copy. One of the call and return tunes were "I love chocolate cake" then "so do I".
Johnny teaches a message to children that message. The message is "Together we can make a change"
Johnny at the end showed us the instruments that he used. The ones that he used that I liked were the calves. Some other instruments he used were the djembe, calves, harmonica, shaker and more. I enjoyed doing this as it was different to what we normally do and the beats and the sounds.
