Today I did and finshed this task.It was fun and we did it in buddies,It was fun and we did task such as meaing of a word.We all watch videos saying what Area & perimeter.

LI : To explain about the city in a video.
Today me and my group made a vide about Pedestrian Planning.We could choose about roundabouts,Traffic lights And pedestrain crossing.We used our smart shearching skills to fine infomation.We made a slideshow with photos.And a video again explaining about the subjects that we choose.The task tock long as well as the scpirt.We looked a websites To fine infomation.

Izanagi and Izanami

LI: to identify the purpose of narratives.
Today I made and fished this peice of work.It was not hard nor easy.This was done with one person and for this week I wanted to learn about the story Izanagi and Izanami.It was fun learning about the story and how it was in japan and how it was made.

Kiwi Sport

    LI : To learn swimming skills to help us in the water.
    We all went inside the pool and we put on life jackets.We did a safe way to get in the pool,We put
     Arm aross a shoulder (right) one hand on our mouth and nose.We learn that a cold shock make
    people open there mouth letting cold water in there body we then made a chain or train we had to
    make a line and hold the person in fornt of us jacket,we also kicked in the side.We then made a circle
    to keep each other warm.We put our arms under there armpit.We had to then swim on one side to
    the other.

   We learn that life jackets are for someone were them at the back.Swimming is not hard well looking       up.We then did the help position it means Heat escape lessening position.Then we learn putting a life jacket on a boat is not hard well doing it in the water.

Kiwi Can

LI : To learn about problem sloving
Today LS1 went to kiwi can.We started to talk about problem sloving because next week its a new topic,We played mini game were we had to hop on houps and if someone was in our way we had to do rock paper scissors.It was up to six and our team lost.We started to talk about problem sloving again and said are you shy sometimes to ask for help most of people put there hands up.We play a game were we had to make a circle and try and dooge a ball.It was fun our team lost again but we were 3rd.We played master of GKQ and then went back to LS1

City Scape

Today our class started to make a peice of art on monday.We had to fine a city that we like and would like to cover up.I used glue and other things to do and finshe this task.It was done by one person and we had to try and centre it,Everyone had fun doing this task.Before we made the art we learnt about cold and cool colours.cold colours are like any type of blue like night time colours.cool colours are like red and other colours.

We learnt on how we could make the task or art look good like using other shapes and not just one.We used arch shapes and others as well.We frist made a sillhouette online and used paper to make it look good.

Today I got a book and wrote 4 - 6 times table.This task was not hard and had to be done by one person.

LI : To choose and learn about Mahishasura and durga
Today I finshed and made this slide show about Mahishasura and durga.The task was kind of hard but it was easy because we could do this with people.We had to talk about the lesson we also had questions.We did the story of who is good and who is bad.

Today me,matthew and lukah made this peice of work.Its a slideshow about the types of foundations,We watched videos about the foundations like walls and slabs.The task was not hard well doing the task you had to make a picture and an explanation about it.

Narrtive

To write an interesting Character and Setting description
Today I finshed and made a doc about things that we have done in the past and the characters and we also had to make the setting which was a hill and other things.This task was not hard and had to be done by ourself.

Angles

LI : To learn about shapes
Today me and my group finshed this peice of work.This task told us acute and ostuse and other angles and how to slove them.We used a protacter to help fine the answer and the task was not that hard.When we got the answer we checked it again to make sure that it was right.And if it was right we shared the answer.To use a protractor line up the middle or half way line with a line that you want to fine out the angle!.Do not move it and look in between beacause some are 75 not 80!

Problem solving with Kiwi Can

LI : To learn about problem solving
Today at Kiwi Can we had to learnt about problem sloving and We frist went into the classroom.We said hi and stared with a warm up which was called human knot.This mini game was hard because we did not think and did what we want but,we started to talk on how we could win and untangle.We had to jump over arms and well not trying to let go.We won the two rounds

 then we made a cricle and started to talk about problems in school and a bit on how we could solve them.We talked a bit more then we did a new game.It was doge ball and like you would thing you had to doge a ball

We were put in a team and we had to doge a ball but we had to hit on our feet if someone did hit us on the knee we could keep on playing.I got 2 and then lost so at the end we had to try and get the other numbers out but not our one.We lost but we tryed at the end,We did GKQ master and i got out on the 3rd person.We said bye and went back to LS1.

Sky Tower

LI : To learn about the sky tower
Today me and the school went on a trip to the sky tower to learn about how it was built and other things about it.The sky tower is 384 meters tall and costed 75M dollars to build.Group A went into a theter to learn some questions and answers well the history about auckland the sky tower.The sky tower was frist used for wifi and internet for around auckland and.Then we went to the top floor we got a peice of paper, and we had to try and figure out the places that have been marked on it and write the names for it.When it was just about time to go back to panmure bridge school we looked at some floors such as the safe room there are 3 other rooms like that and are fire proof and stand a 8.0 earthquake to go down stairs on the sky tower will take 29 minutes to go down the stairs and only 28 seconds to go down on a elevator and the sky tower tock 1 year and 9 months to build,And was built in 1994.We went back to the frist floor said thanks and bye well we went to the bus to go to panmure bridge school.

Today I made this.This had to be done person and the task over all was not hard.We had to say things in a boring way and then in a way more detailed way.This tock me one day to make and the most hard thing was to do the charater in a detailed way.

Today I made this by myself and we had to learn about maui.We had to say what he looks like,the questions,and the story about him making the sun go slown.This task was not hard at all and learned a lot form other websites.

LI : To learn about other bridges around the world Today I made this google maps by myself.The task was to fine 10 bridges and edit infomation about them like what was used to make the bridge,when was it made,and so on.We had to do some bridges in new zealand and around the world.This task was had the golden gate bridge,The arapuni swing bridge,Kawarau river bridge,Sydeny harbour bridge,auckland harbour bridge and the bridges.

Today I had to make a slide show about a setting it was not hard and this task was not hard and was done by one person.This is a plan for next week and we had to say what we see taste and hear smell and touch.The task is setting us for next week for the next part.

Today I made this slide show It talks about 3D shapes and the task was not hard.We made the shapes out of blue tac and the slide was not hard.We had to put an image and say the name for it.My pyramid had 5 faces and 5 edges vertices 5 next is the ten it has 5 faces and 6 edges vertices 6 and the square prism which had 6 faces 8 vertices and 12 edges.

LI: To learn the history of all bridges around the world.
Today I made this task with panthers and this task was not hard.In this task we had to talk about the bridges history like the panmure bridge form last week.We to say how much it cost the length materials year built and what type of bridge is the bridge.We had to make one form around the world and two form new zealand.

Swimming

LI :To learn new skills to stay safe in the water
We frist went near the each but not inside the water.We talked about hypothermia and the signs witch was shivering teeth.Talking weird and how to warm them up and other things.Then we went inside the pool and stream line witch was not hard.We had to put our arms in fornt of us and kick fast.The next thing we learned was foalting on our back and then we had to look up count to 6 and go back down and count to 6 then free freestlye and lasty was dolphin dive and kick.We said bye and went back to the bus.

Tengu

LI : To learn about the tengu and the history beind it

Today me and a few people made this to talked about the tengu and what the history about it and some qustions for you talk about about it and this task was not hard.We all had to say infomation and the story.

Kiwi Can

Today group A went into kiwi can and said hi to mr mat and miss's lili and also and new person.We talked about our goal and how to set it and then we play a mini game to get us ready for the day.This game was called snacth and there was a rope witch made the middle or a circle and in there were cones and there was a tv with a song and we had to dance and when the song stoped we had to garb a cone.Ather that we started to talk  about our goals and what we do when we do a goal and some more things about goal setting.We played one last game witch was called octopus and the goal was to get to the other side.We talked a bit more and did GKQ and did our points and went back to LS1.

panmure bridge

LI : To learn about the panmure bridge
Today me and my group had to make a copy of this slide show so we can discribe the history of the panmure bridge.The task was kinda hard but at the same time easy.I did 2 slides and they were both hard and easy.We had to talk about images that we liked and found interested in.We also had to talk about the time line and also like when the bridge it was made and the history about the bridge.

Today I made a slide show about our character and say what there appearance and personality and also experiences about the character we had to do this by ourself and also we could make a picture but I did not want to.The task over all.

Swimming

LI : To be safe in the water and learn skills.
Today all of LS1 went to the swimming pools to learn swimming.We were the year fives so I was in the middle beacuse I was ok in test so we could be put in the group.We lined up and did our safe way in a pool.So now were had to learn about skills like the jellyfish so we had to put two arms on our side and push the water.We also learned a new skill which was called the starfish,We had to lay on back and kick in the water for us to get to one side and another.The last skill that we learned called torpedo arms.We also learned that feet need to be first because if we get in a river the foot might or will be broken but the head won't.We did a game before we left.

How to add fractions

LI-Add and subtract fraction with like and unlike denominators
Today we had to make our own slide show about how to make fractions but in oder to understand how to make it we had to watch two videos.(you can fine the videos here).Both were good and told us alot of infomation like how to add form fractions with and odd number form each other.The task over all was not hard but at the same time not easy.

Kiwi Can

Frist off we all went outside and lined up heading to the class room that kiwi can are at.We said hi to a new person and also mr mat,Also we had to make four lines for the mini game that we were going to play.The frist game that we were going to play was called santched and we play 2 games of it before we started talking about our new topic witch was called goal setting also when we talked about goal setting we had to say what our goals are,They dont have to hard or easy because its just a goal.Next game we played had team work so we had to get in a boy and a girl team.Also we frist had to vs people that were not in a team and we had to try and win.Like we had a ball and if the teacher says back to back we had to put the ball in our backs and put it to one side and then the other,Our team won.

Myths, Legends, Fairy Tales

LI:Work on the Prior Knowledge section
Today me and my panther had to learn about myths and legends and also fairy tales.We had to read things of websites so we can get a better understanding of the is not the same about myths and legends also fairy tales.We had to make a copy of a slide show witch explains what the reading strategies are for and were they go like in the middle of reading.We also had to make a copy of a venn diagram as well and say what myths have and soon on and what the same thing is.
